also take care to add what results you would expect
under the null hypothesis (sampling error, drift, gene flow, weak/no selection)
under the alternative hypothesis (Perhaps ... sampling error, drift, strong gene flow ?, or strong? selection)
And make clear how you would distinguish these alternatives.
